- Full responsibility for the hardware development of the product.
- Managing a team of four Physicists.
- Managing the teams of electrical board, mechanical and thermal design.
- 50% Hands-on.
- A higher degree (preferably Ph.D.) in Experimental Physics / Electrical Engineering.
- More than 5 years of experience in lasers / optical communication /fiber lasers / complex electro-optics systems.
- Proven experience as a team leader and experience as a project leader.
- Proven successful delivery of self designed hardware to production grade including optical devices and computing components in industrial enclosure Innovative.
- Leadership skills.
- Desire to work in an exciting and dynamic environment.
- Proven capability and willingness to enter a new field.
