The Technical Account Manager (TAM) manages customer technical engagements and leads PoC’s and pilots with prospects. This includes technical onboarding, ongoing operations, customer support and leading deployment engagements them until fruition. 

As a key member of the Technical Integration group and the Customer Success team, you will lead on-site and in-office system installation, network planning setup, testing, and managing system experiments, field data collection, and customer-facing on-site activities. Monitor and ensure ongoing consistent system and process improvements. 

A high-level security clearance is mandatory for this role. 

 Responsibilities: 

  • Work closely with CSM (customer Success manager) in the execution of all customer-related activities. 
  • Be the customer’s technical channel inbound to Prisma to support the customer.  
  • Hands-on management of technical accounts, ensuring client satisfaction. 
  • Build, config and maintain IP networks. 
  • Help plan and lead PoCs and pilot activities with global customers. 
  • Master the product features and specifications, thorough understanding of customers’ requirements.
  • Strong collaboration with R&D groups, both dealing with HW and SW. 
  • Write technical documentation, e.g., Evaluation Plan Proposals, activity reports, etc. 
  • Plan and execute field activates, including installation, data collection and on-site support. 
Requirements:
  • Broad understanding in networking, managed switch, IP communication.
  • Experience in field-oriented task execution.
  • Experience in multidisciplinary systems engineering.
  • Experience with data analysis programs and programming platforms.
  • Broad understanding of laser technology, communication systems, management.
  • Self-motivated with analytical skills and problem-solving orientation.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English and Hebrew.
  • Independent, Self-motivated, Dedicated.
  • Embrace a ״can-do״ approach to address challenges and find effective solutions. 
  • Willingness and ability to travel globally and extensively (50%+).
  • Willingness to work in multiple time-zones – supporting customers abroad.
